SINCE 2000, Vick Sahiwal has taken the lead in finding unique and high profile locations and projects to become one of the leaders in developing Real Estate in Niche residential and Commercial developments with successful projects in Calgary. With a firm belief in hard work and chasing dreams, his favorite quote is "Hard work and Vision turn dreams into reality" Vick has extensive experience in Retail Industry as well and has successfully developed over 100 retail businesses from 1995 to 2011 including liquor stores (Founder partner of 'Star Liquor', Founder of 'Your Dollar World' Stores opening and operating over 20 successful stores and several restaurants, including Quiznos etc.) to eventually quitting the retail business in 2011 to focus 100% on his first passion of Real Estate Development. Graduating with a masters in Literature, Vick always had an astute eye and a strong and steady vision for good business opportunities and real estate development. Vick's strong work ethic and hard work has led to multiple successful developments and his unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work with some of the city's biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Vick is still taking Regal Developments to new heights with exciting new projects on the horizon.
David D Jung practices Law in the areas of Corporate and commercial transactions, Real estate transactions and Civil Litigation. He has Extensive Knowledge in his field and has been a guiding force along this journey of growth standing shoulder to shoulder giving his crucial support along the way. As a Advisory council his guidance and support has been crucial in achieving the success and look forward to his ongoing commitment in taking Regal Developments to new heights.
